Often deeply affirming and comforting, these energy shifts tend to trend towards setting ourselves towards our higher alignment. What can take place in a psychic session?
~ Messages that need to be witnessed at this moment in time. These messages may come as symbols, objects, words, moments from the past, a moment with another spirit, a feeling inside the body, etc. often a combination of many things.
~Healing through energy changes.Through this practice, we participate in energy changes, this can happen before, during and event after the session. These energy changes are a form of healing, and can sometimes even access roots of built up trauma or at the very least change your emotional energy which is directly connected to your brain and healing. In my practices I allow the healing to naturally take shape throughout the session but I am also learning to provide directed energy healing practices to the sources of ones physical pain, trauma, blockages, etc.
