to add: different from mystical experiences or awakenings. when coming from a human it is liekly distorted, and also comes in different interpretations. even tho part of psyhic work is staying out of the way and letting spirt do the talking. that is why mediumship connections can come out a bit more pure and less “mirrored”. but psyhic readings are also still ehkpful as we are a colellective. and the intrepretation you recieve of your energy is still relevant and correct.

It is a belief that the total of who we are as human beings is much larger than the labels we receive through the designations of our society. In some capacity we are all creators, inventors, dancers, movers, analysts, healers and so much more.

It is true that to develop skills or excellence we often dedicate ourselves to a few things that align with our interests, our bodies and the value we bring to our communities. Yet we are taught that an artist is only someone who paints like Picasso. We are taught not to make loud sounds, not to move our bodies, not to play, and not to express ourselves until our expression reaches a level of mastery that generates profit. We lose touch with the great arts and sciences that already live within us waiting to be explored.

It is a believe that we are also deeply intutitive beings, just in the same manner.

Not all of us will be called forth to be Intuitive healers, or psychic readers but the Abilities are on some level within us all. And exploring the totality of who we are as human beings is a deeply freeing and healing experience.

It can also be said that everyone’s psychic abilities will look different. Each person has their own style, methodology and strengths, just like any other skill, sense, art or discipline. For some, the connection may be deeper with spirit, ancestors or animals. Others may be more visual, receiving impressions through images or symbolic scenes. Some may have a sense of energetic hearing, where information arrives as tone, feeling or internal sound. Some are attuned to the body and can sense physical or emotional patterns, including pathways of healing or sickness. Others may glimpse future possibilities through waking impressions or dreams.

It is possible to develop most of these capacities with practice and experience, yet each person’s craft will still be unique in both output and lived experience. Intuition expresses itself through the individual, not separate from them, which is why no two readers or sensitives will ever work in exactly the same way.

However, there is also a universal language of consciousness. There are patterns, themes and a collective vocabulary that appear across intuitive work. Because of this shared structure, there is a clear developmental pathway that can be taught, instructed and trained. The individual expression stays unique, while the underlying language remains universal.

And As more of us on the planet begin to open these once dormant or underdeveloped senses through focused attention, intention and awareness, these abilities will slowly become an everyday part of life. The same way technology and artificial intelligence naturally advance, so do we. We evolve in our own internal ways. We expand our perceptual systems. And in many ways we are simply returning to capacities that have always lived within us.

We are in an era of existence that often neglects these innate abilities for many reasons.

1. Lack of evidence based science

Educational systems that focus only on logic
our culture is not structured to study, validate or support subtle perception.

2. Misuse and distortion within spiritual and religious groups

Fear of being wrong or judged
Cultural conditioning that mocks or dismisses intuitive experience
Loss of ancestral traditions that once held this work with integrity

3. Political and capitalistic agendas that do not benefit from intuitive people

Collective overstimulation that keeps people distracted
Systems that prioritize productivity over presence
The breaking of community structures that once nurtured intuition
Trauma and chronic stress disrupting access to intuitive states
Any force that reduces inner authority and increases external dependence

These forces have shaped a culture that disconnects us from our intuitive senses. Yet the capacities remain intact. They are waiting to be remembered, trained and reintegrated into daily life.

Why Psychic readings & exchanges matter

My understanding of this work, as it has revealed itself to me over time, is that receiving transmitted messages from your subconscious energy stream or from the connected collective layers can deeply heal us. It also gives us intuitive direction on our path. When we tune into areas of our lives, or into future possibilities, we receive impressions that carry emotion, words, symbolism and meaning. These impressions form an energetic signature that resonates through the body.

This signature is two fold. On one side, it begins to draw the same energy forward within us. Awareness magnifies it. The emotional signature becomes a signal in the field, and through attraction it begins to pull events, opportunities and possibilities toward us from the field of the unknown.

On the other side, it is pattern recognition. Our bodies become familiar with these frequencies, feelings and knowings. So when something in waking life resembles the signature, it feels familiar and safe. Often this recognition happens unconsciously, and we naturally move toward it. It can also be conscious. Something appears that matches the impression from the reading, and there is a clear knowing that this is the path. This creates a sense of confidence, resilience and excitement. These states support health, coherence and homeostasis, and they soften the doubt, fear, guilt or shame that would normally pull us off our path of alignment.

Messages from the past can appear as well. These may involve earlier experiences, ancestral memories, past life fragments or the essence of those no longer in the waking world. These messages are often healing in ways that surprise us. Some shifts are felt immediately. Others happen in deeper subconscious layers, reorganizing memory and energy in ways that create more space within us. More space for the unknown. More space for possibility. More space for what we call miracles to take form.

This work also trains our intuitive senses. Both consciously and subconsciously we begin to develop a sensitivity to subtle energies, sensations, impressions and frequencies of consciousness. It is a bit like learning any other skill. A monkey see monkey do effect, or perhaps monkey feel monkey sense. We absorb what we experience. We mirror what we witness. Seeing is believing, believing is doing, and doing becomes intuitive. Psychic work grows from this same natural process.

Psychic Development comes in three ways. Each one has it’s own place:

Giving readings: Helps you practice translating subtle impressions into words. Builds trust in your perception, strengthens your energetic sensitivity, and teaches you how to hold space for someone else’s field.
Receiving readings: Gives you perspective you cannot reach alone. Reveals subconscious patterns, aligns your path forward, and offers emotional and energetic signatures that guide timing and decision.
Developing your intuitive senses: Trains your system to notice subtle information within yourself and your environment. Builds internal clarity, strengthens self awareness and expands your connection to the subtle layers of consciousness. This development stands on its own. It is part of knowing yourself, regulating your body and understanding the field you move through, whether or not you ever give or receive readings.

Here are a greater list of what I’ve noticed from psychic development:

1. They heal us.
They surface emotional and energetic signatures that release old patterns, open the subconscious, and create space for change and coherence. Often your heart opens, and your availability to find Happiness and trust deepens.

2. They help us bring forth and take action our true path
They reveal aligned possibilities, draw matching events toward us, and build the inner recognition that allows us to choose the right opportunities with confidence and trust. Psychic impressions often bring a clarity that reduces hesitation. They make next steps feel obvious and embodied, rather than forced or overthought.

3. They develop our intuitive senses and systems.
They train the mind body field to perceive subtle information, strengthen energetic awareness, and refine the internal guidance system we use in everyday life. Over time, the repeated accuracy of impressions builds a natural confidence in your intuitive senses. And through this, You Strengthen trust in your overall Perception.

4. They regulate and harmonize the nervous system.
Receiving clear energetic impressions often brings a shift into calm focus. It creates coherence, reduces internal conflict, and places the body in a state that can receive guidance rather than resist it.

5. They reconnect us with the deeper layers of self.
Readings often reveal what we already know but have forgotten. They give language and shape to subconscious truth, returning us to our own inner authority and clarity.

6. They open creative and energetic pathways.
Messages and symbols activate imagination, possibility, and subtle energy flow. This opens new pathways for insight, timing, attraction and innovation. It can feel like an art form itself.

7. They reveal the interconnected field we are part of.
