- but to release into better states of reaonsate and healing
- i.e cant convience yourseld you can do something like snowboard if your body isnt ready. but you can use your mind to allow yourself to find a moment of happniess and healing and release. a feel good moment. which in turn will actually get you to your goal. its a balance of visualizing end results and also just meeting your body where it is at
- there is no overnight cure or immiedate fix. if its cronic there are waves of unwinding, and ther are strings that need to be slowly pulled back and re-routed

- being in enviroments that are draining your energy (like cities, etc or friend groups) results in change
- with chronic illness and pain, the body needs to re-establish saftey within itsself, there has been a breach of trust somewhre down the line (could even be karmic but oftenw e can just think of it as our indeidual selves)
- make sure to highlight the importsnce of education, knowing why something works and how, deepens the isntructions and the healing and the allowing…
- open minddedness and change is importants. more so, giving yourself permsiion to believe that you are worthy of better and that better is posisble.
- important to lable your reality (call it chronic illnes pain, adhd, whatever). to be able to communicate it, to lean into the correct resources. but then it is abadoning lables, as what you can yourself, directly effects what you are.
