  • steps in the pathway
    • compassion and connection to others suffering
    • a sespration from YOU and your pain
      • language
      • mindfullness, etc
      • learning to not grip or attach, that all sensations are temporary and in flux
  • learning the power of the mind
    • mindfulness
      • pulling apart the layers of awareness
      • bringing a kind awareness to them, and learning out to release and not grip. this starst to seperate the loop of tension > pain > emotinal suffering > more tension > more pain > more emotional suffering
      • we have one sword of the pain, and we can choose not to give ourselve the secondarty (or multiple swords)
        • we can spend years or lifetimes unaware of the phsyical sensations, and getting lost in the secondary reations.
          • in mindfulness we see and feel how nothing is static, and that it can release, the pain doesnt =esclate (it can at frist when we finally give it the spot light) but then with the process of mindfulness we release the gripping and we can se ehow it starts to ease, even if its just slightly, and how that changes the whole cycle of how our happniess is and how our days are.
          • ths is the untrained mind, and its normal. but it makes ita very ocmplicated explrience with alot of suffering.
          • resting and allwoing the pain to come and go com and go its not very complictaed. and its a softest that makes it not all that un-comofrtable. emptional care towaeds self is pleasent.
          • because you know you have resisatnce and tension, and beacuse you know this, you have choice, and you can decide.
            • and not only does this shape your experience of life, and quality of life, it is here where the body can actualyl do more healing! so its not just about re-fraiming, or managing, it does change amplify, accelerate and shape actual root cause healing of whatever the alignment is.
      • its not all in the mind too, sometimes our pain is in the mind, and we need to call forth our bodies to come support, or our emptional guiding systems, our energy bodies or spirtual selfd. but it is an act of balancing, we feel tension, pain, chaos in the mind, well then turn attention to lower body, ground, ask other parts that feel good to step in etc.
    • not to force outcomes we want
    • but to release into better states of reaonsate and healing
      • i.e cant convience yourseld you can do something like snowboard if your body isnt ready. but you can use your mind to allow yourself to find a moment of happniess and healing and release. a feel good moment. which in turn will actually get you to your goal. its a balance of visualizing end results and also just meeting your body where it is at
      • there is no overnight cure or immiedate fix. if its cronic there are waves of unwinding, and ther are strings that need to be slowly pulled back and re-routed
  • the importantce of buulding new neuroelpacitiy
    • and why that requires the ability to change and be in the unknown
    • other ways og changing brain maytter and nberuoelpacity (grey matter density too)
      • mediation
      • psychaellics
  • lessons from pain, even seeing pain as god. as it steers you into the direction you need
  • chronic headaches, migranes are a knocking on the door of patters or cycles that need to be looked at.
  • these imbalabces can come from energy body, mind, phsyical body, and emotional seld, often there are links through all
    • leaving relationshop that is hurting you less headaches
    • movign towards your soul truth and alignemnt of true self rediuces stress, emotional overwhelm and brain fog
    • being in enviroments that are draining your energy (like cities, etc or friend groups) results in change
  • with chronic illness and pain, the body needs to re-establish saftey within itsself, there has been a breach of trust somewhre down the line (could even be karmic but oftenw e can just think of it as our indeidual selves)
  • make sure to highlight the importsnce of education, knowing why something works and how, deepens the isntructions and the healing and the allowing…
  • open minddedness and change is importants. more so, giving yourself permsiion to believe that you are worthy of better and that better is posisble.
  • important to lable your reality (call it chronic illnes pain, adhd, whatever). to be able to communicate it, to lean into the correct resources. but then it is abadoning lables, as what you can yourself, directly effects what you are.
